Microsite for new tech in recruiting
This is a concept for the micro-site. Objective: show fresh way to present a use of new technologies (Google Glass and Mobile) in a recruitment interviewing process - Digital Live in-Person interview; interview anywhere anytime… My role was to come up with a fresh concept and describe possible UX. This wfs present the idea/concept: you can see unexpected qualities and true personality using new technology - like woman with very conservative business look might have most engaging fun personality that is perfect for executive marketing position; candidate for IT position has passion for music, tattoo and new tech = translate for passionate approach to development; ect. - all this can help recruiter to make a best match between candidate and employer. this is just a concept. Design and development will be coming up next.
